I am busy right now. I am at the office trying on a Valentino dress that was sent to me. So pretty: black and white lace with a sachet around the waist. Anyway, I will see you all tonight at PHILTH-Y.

I know what I said about not posting any covers but I meant that usual blase stuff. This is different. Anyway, I had this conversation with someone during the summer. They asked me if I knew why this song was called "Strawberry Letter 23." As far as I know, Shuggie Otis (real name: Johnny Otis, Jr.) was something of a Guitar prodigy when he wrote this song at the age of 17. He wrote the song for his girlfriend who would write him letters on strawberry-scented paper. The song is about that loving feeling he gets when reading strawberry letter 22... and can't wait until he receives strawberry letter 23. Hope that makes sense.
